Individual OR Group Bookings

At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required to confirm your space for the date you have requested.  Your space will not be reserved until the 50% deposit is received.  The remaining cost, the Final Payment is due the Sept 1st prior to the first day of your back country experience with Ice Creek Lodge. Deposits are nonrefundable.

* Reservations for more than one season in advance require a deposit of $1000.00 per group. Package prices are subject to minor change in price for helicopter access portion of your package due to forecasted increase in gas prices and carbon taxes etc. Final package price will be negotiated by April 30th of the season before their vacation to Ice Creek Lodge.
